PROTIP: Keep Blinds closed, curtains drawn, window shades down. A working attic fan would be a good idea too! all these will keep the cool air in and take the heat load off your house!
PROTIP: Do not let your animals (cats) (dogs) ect. urinate on the outside coil. this will cause it to corrode and leak refrigerant.
PROTIP: Icing of the outdoor coil or the large insulated copper pipe. there are two main reasons for this, lack of air flow or low on refrigerant. Call us and one of our skilled tehnicians can diagnose the isssue
PROTIP: Never leave the house and turn off your A/C. Then come back home and turn it on. It will take hours to cool your home back down and make your unit work harder. Instead turn your thermostat up 5 to 10 degrees.
PROTIP: Water inside or around the furnace could mean you have a draining problem. This is where all the humidity goes from the house ! If you see this do not hesitate to call us!
